• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Customized or made-to-order paintings are not eligible for return.

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must share photos or videos showing the damage.
• Once the request is approved, the replacement painting will be shipped within 5–7 business days.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
